Rebound Healthcare is a small healthcare clinic located in Rochester, MN, dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to the local community. Led by Dr. Richard Mokua, a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with over 17 years of experience in hospital settings, community clinics, and military service as a U.S. Army Reserve officer, Rebound Healthcare offers primary care, preventive health services, and chronic disease management.
Dr. Mokua began planning the clinic with many pieces already in place but was struggling to take the final steps. With guidance from the Southern Minnesota Small Business Development Center, he was able to refine his plan, organize the next steps, and move forward with confidence.
In May 2025, Rebound Healthcare celebrated its ribbon-cutting ceremony and officially opened its doors. Today, the clinic is proudly serving patients in Rochester and has quickly become a trusted healthcare provider with a strong foundation to continue growing.
