 op is for owners to gain insight prep-work needed to best position the b
 usiness transition for value to the ownership exiting\, the current empl
 oyees\, the community\, and the new ownership. The workshop will break d
 own options for ownership\, trends in the market\, and planning pitfalls
  and successes for selling or transitioning a business.\n\nParking is fr
 ee on the weekends and after 5 p.m. M-F. You can park in the 3rd Street 
 Park ramp OR in front of the MN BioBusiness Center on 1st Ave SW. We are
  on the 6th Floor of the MN BioBusiness Center. Watch for signs.\n\nIf y
